Sunday School

Junior high and senior high Sunday school classes meet
each Sunday morning from 9.30am to 10.30am. Junior high
opportunities include rotating classes on church history and
New Testament studies. Senior high students are currently
studying how current youth culture interacts with our faith
through the Linc program.

Confirmation

Our confirmation class is held each year for those students
entering 9th grade. They meet in the lower level at 9:30am.
In their journey to church membership, our students enjoy
discovering what scripture says about the trinity, the history
of our faith as well as investigating what others believe and
what it means to be Presbyterian teenager today. Much of
the work is done in small groups to encourage participation.
It is an exciting and important year in the life of MWPC’s youth.

Youth Fellowship

The junior high and senior high youth meet at the church
on Sunday evenings from 6pm – 8pm for dinner and youth
fellowship. There is a devoted team of leaders for both youth
fellowship groups, with games, activities and discussions about
living a life of faith in today’s society. The fellowship groups
also enjoy retreats, special trips, and mission projects throughout
the year. All are welcome and invited.

Youth February Newsletter

Below Zero

Below Zero, (BZ), gets together on the first and third Fridays
of each month, from 7pm – 10pm. BZ is held in the church’s
lower level. It is an opportunity for 7th – 12th graders to
have a safe place to meet with friends, hang out and have
some fun. There is always a movie to enjoy, video games to
play and food to eat, so if you are in 7th – 12th grade,
we would love to see you.
